интересный подход, но это не всегда так просто. Ну и не всегда симуляция правильно отрисовывает удаление материала, особенно это касается всяких нестандартных циклов.

А на станке менять под нужные значения

Спасибо помогло , только не знал куда эту строчку прописать , что бы она не повторялось, при смене операции и инструмента. В конечном итоге , методом пробы , я прописал его здесь :

"WORKPIECE(,\"\"\,,\"RECTANGLE\",64,0.5,-55,-80,320,230)

Всем Добряк ! Как исправить косяк ....Со циклом 832 !? 

Выводится сейчас так : 

CYCLE832(_camtolera ce,0,1) 

ссылаясь на верхние параметры (шапка программы):

N5 DEF REAL _camtolerance 
N6 DEF REAL _X_HOME, _Y_HOME, _Z_HOME 
N7 DEF REAL _F_CUTTING, _F_ENGAGE, _F_RETRACT 

 

Что бы было вот так :

CYCLE832(0.06,1,1)

 

CYCLE832(_camtolera ce,0,1)  при таком параметре стойка  выдает ошибку  . Как сделать что, бы стойка "поняла" значение припуска !? как исправить постбилдере ? Где искать ? На этом форуме нашел похожую тему : 

Я использую стандартный пост от Синумерика , в отличие от вышеуказанной теме  пост отличается , где можно редактировать  , ка сделать желаемое ?  Где копать , подскажите ?

@MiLloeDelo Просто сравните tcl файлы, ваш "исходник" и то, что я выслал. Постбилдер, на мой взгляд, неудобен как оболочка для редактирования постов, поэтому я делаю это вручную, в notepad++. Пишите, если возникнут вопросы.

Если после правки в блокноте будете открывать в PB, то он либо выдаст ошибку, либо откатит все изменения.

Спорно, некоторые вещи проще в PB реализованы.

Смотря что исправлять. Если МОМ-ки (MOM_rapid_move, MOM_gohome_move, пр. ) то да, он откатит изменения. Так же, если инфа о структуре tcl из pui-файла не совпадет с реальной. Если PB_CMD_ИМЯФУНКЦИИ изменять - то нет. Впрочем МОМ-ки тоже можно менять через uplevel, и постбилдер не докопается.

Ошибку выдать может только если изменения были не там или не те, встречал такое)

Я просматривал ваш tsl , и "свой" нашел что вместо 0 стоит 1 в цикле 832.  функции cycle832  их там не сколько по версии, для меня все сложно сравнивать  . Пока не мой уровень "править через текстовый редактор " )))) .

Буду сегодня пробывать !

Теперь у меня вопрос ? А нужен данный параметр для трех осей ? Да с допуском + - от 0,1 до 0,05 мм   ????? Может его вообще отменить ? Как то справлялись раньше вводя вручную ))))?

Нужен, конечно. Можно заменить на группу команд, но с ним удобнее. 

SOFT

COMPCAD

G645 или G642

FIFOCTRL

UPATH

DYNROUGH или DYNSEMIFIN или DYNFINISH

 

Все эти параметры влияют на движение станка.

@cepr Хороший вопрос )))) .Спасибо за внимательность ! Отвечу как по статусу "дилетанта" , не знаю ,удивлен . Получается у меня только работает прямая интерполяция , отсутствие круговых дуг влечет , за собой последствия .

Банальный вопрос , как сделать круговую интерполяцию ? Где нужно исправить ?

В этой ветке предлагали способ, но не помогло. Правда, только у 5х поста отсутствует круговая интерполяция. С 3х все нормально, при создании нового.

Уважаемый @cepr , а как в постбилдере исправить , в каком месте ?

Последовательность в начале программы - PB_CMD_set_Sinumerik_default_setting

В этом окне и найдете.

нет, проще в вызове 832 вставить переназначение на COMPCAD
