Помогите пожалуйста, вылетает эта ошибка 27001 код ошибки 1005 и не включается гидравлика.Привод ошибок никаких не даёт

Ни разу не сталкивался с таким, по таблице ошибок пишет следующее:

Explanation:
%1 = Axis number
%2 = Additional info cross-comparison index
%3 = Additional info comparison value NCK
%4 = Additional info comparison value drive
The mutual comparison of the two monitoring channels has found a difference between input data or results of the monitoring operations. One of the monitors no longer functions reliably, i.e. safe operation is no longer possible.

Reaction:
Alarm display. STOP F is enabled, that means a message is generated and NC start interlock is set (if only crosswise data comparison is activated), or, with active monitoring, the immediate switchover to STOP B. Display on the NC/PLC interface.

Remedy:
Find the difference between the monitoring channels. The error code %2 indicates the cause. It can be that the safety-relevant machine data are no longer identical (reload if necessary) or that the safety-oriented inputs do not have the same level (remeasure). If neither of the above states has caused the fault, there may be an error in a CPU such as, for example, a "toggled" memory cell. This error might be of a temporary nature (and can be cleared with Power On) or permanent (if it reappears after Power On, replace the hardware).

Program continuation:
Eliminate the error, press the RESET key. The program is aborted. If safe monitoring was active, STOP B was also enabled automatically. It is necessary to switch the control off/on (POWER ON).

1007 Communication failure between PLC and drive If a communication failure is caused by the drive, either the PLC or the NC have broken down. -
1008 Erroneous data transfer between PLC and drive The data transfer of the SGEs/SGAs between PLC and drive is secured with a checksum. In the event of an error, the calculated checksum does not coincide with the transferred checksum. If the stop is caused by the drive, either the PLC or the NC have broken down. -
Note:Example: If, in the error code, for example the value is 12, the crosswise comparison has found a difference between the MD for lower limit value SE1 in the NCK and drive monitoring channel.

У Вас проблема с входом Safety Integrated. Визуально, это модуль входов 4/8F с желтой наклейкой. Вся соль там в том, что с блока концевых выключателей приходит не один сигнальный провод, а два, которые должны быть всегда в фазе. Если в течении 0.1 секунды сигналы не совпали по уровню (0-1, 1-0) то формируется ошибка.

Код ошибки позволяет точно определить? какой вход дает ошибку. Откройте в проекте Step7 Hardware Config, найдите все ET c модулями Safety Integrated. В свойствах модуля увидите, какой номер присвоен какой паре  входов. Отрывая один из пары проводов поймете как формируется ошибка.

Как правило, причина - механический износ замков дверей и т.д. Чистка, регулировка, надфиль и все ок.
