Ваш профессиональный багаж:

Законченное техническое образование в области механики или электроники/электротехники

Глубокие знания электромеханики в области машиностроения

*

Дополнительными преимуществами являются: опыт работы с системами управления CNC (например Sinumerik 840D / FIDIA / Heidenhain TNC), а также ноу-хау в обращении с гидравлическими и пневматическими компонентами

*

Хорошие знания разговорного и письменного английского языка также большой плюс

Международное водительское удостоверение категории В

Выраженный интерес и стремление к оказанию услуг и выполнению потребностей клиента, добросовестный и аналитический стиль работы

Our client, a highly reputated machine tool builder specialized in CNC metal cutting machines is looking for a General Manager for their RUSSIAN Headquarters that are covering: machine demonstration, installation, training and service of the equipment carried out by a team of the Company's own highly skilled personnel.​ Development of the market created the need for a dynamic General Manager.​

D.​ Our client's product line

The Company, leader in its field, offers a well-known and respected range of high performance CNC controlled metal cutting machinery and systems, successfully installed worldwide.​ The company has an impressive list of satisfied end users.​

E.​ Nature of the job

Main duties:

Use his managerial and organizational skills to:

§ assure and supervise proper marketing communications, covering: distributors’/​agents’ performance and guidance, promotion, advertising, training and service;

§ establish and organize new marketing structures;

§ assure day-to-day management of the Russian headquarters of one of the world’s most important machine tool builders;

§ visit clients and future end users.​

The ideal candidate should be familiar with:

§ general business administration;

§ machine tools and/​or related fields;

§ profit and loss responsibility of a sales and service operation;

§ budget management;

§ the marketing of capital goods; (av.​ Euro 400.​000/​unit).​

§ write-up of quotes, price changes, new product announcements, lay-out of leaflets and new catalogues, product specification changes, etc.​;

§ promotion programs, advertising plans, product training, etc.​;

§ sales incentive programs, organization of sales contests, competitive product reports, etc.​.​.​

Occasional duties:

§ meet colleagues in other world markets;

§ attend major machine tool fairs worldwide;

§ product training;

§ important end user direct contact.​

F.​ Responsibilities:

Profit and loss responsibility for the marketing of the product line.​ Represent at the highest and all levels a major machine tool builder.​
