Позвольте выразить НЕГОДОВАНИЕ по поводу уже привычных глупейших недоработок в юзабилити!

Вроде бы 21 век на дворе, информационная революция и все такое. А интерфейс, хоть и улучшили, не обошлись без досадных косяков.

* В структуре изделия теперь не отображаются чертежи/спецификации и т.п., только prt или asm.

* Таблицы, хоть и регулируются по высоте (хвала богам), не умеют сами подстраиваться к размеру экрана. Особенно бесит с шириной страницы и горизонтальные прокрутки везде. Кто придумал этот ужас, не знаю.

* Кривая работа с многооконным режимом. Не всегда можно открыть нужную ссылку в новой вкладке, а вернуться тривиальным образом к странице, с которой ушел, можно только кнопкой "назад".

С точки зрения админа- программиста, много всего удобного. Постараюсь об этом в ближайшее время статью написать. Так же радует дополнительная документации по кастомизации, которая раньше была только в закрытом доступе только у вендоров.

Первый день...... как перешли на 10-у ..Ощущения противоречивые.... Многое из того что казалось "удобным" на 8-ке в 10 как то не очень чтобы очень... Мне, в силу особенности работы (начальник группы нормоконтроля), приходится заниматься распределением запросов между нормоконтролерами. Решая таким образом вопрос равномерности загрузки нормоконтролеров с условием обеспечения комплектности проверки... и контролем за выполнением плана. Первое впечатление что в 10-е на эту операцию уходит больше времени ....То что в 8-ке было сконцентрировано в одном-двух окнах в 10-е разнесли на несколько вкладок... Увеличение кол-ва локальных настроек с одной стороны вроде как и благо, с другой .... поди в них разберись.. Складывается ощущение что сценарно интерфейс еще сыроват. Чтобы перейти на список запросов конкретного изделия приходится значительно больше манипулировать. Порадовала организация фильтрации запросов в списке заданий на домашней странице. Отчасти это снимает предыдущую проблему....но однако..

Недостатки 10 -

Интерфейс окна выбора маршрутов при формировании запроса на продвижение представляет собой

перечень маршрутов без возможности управления (сужения или расширения) его визуальной части.

поэтому при относительно большом количестве маршрутов (до 36) окно назначения на роли, расположенное ниже, сужается и становится плохо управляемым, до такой степени что, безошибочное назначение персон становится сложной задачей, и все довершает.... фильтр при выборе значения которого ... показать всех назначенных..... система автоматически проставляет флажки всем выбранным независимо от первоначально выбранной роли ......(НЕЖДАНЬЧИК ТАКОЙ ВОТ )..После этого приходится снимать ненужные флажки.

Удивляет и то обстоятельство, что при назначении на роли соответствующих персон....нет никакой возможность индивидуально назначить членов групп...(просмотреть пофамильный список членов группы - можно, найти нужную фамилию (используя поле поиска) встроенное в таблицу - можно, а выбрать фамилию, если она входит в состав группы - нельзя.... . )...

Рекомендация - либо разнесли бы перечень маршрутов и перечень назначений на разные окна.....либо перечень маршрутов нужно преобразовать в ниспадающий перечень.....

Как достоинство 10-и можно отметить возможность создавать свои интерфейсы...на ряде страниц (например на странице свойств документа), однако я бы ожидал большей гибкости...т.е. нужно предоставить возможность самим пользователям перенастраивать установленные по умолчанию интерфейсы...в зависимости от задач, выполняемых тем или иным пользователем.

В 10-е вынуждены были отключить возможность одновременного создания нескольких документов на основе соответствующего кол-ва файлов. По данным админов возникли какие-то конфликты системного порядка. А жаль была удобная опция...

Вот еще один недостаток 10-и.

Совершенно непродуман интерфейс визуализации замечаний, полученных в результате проверки документов, входящих в запрос на продвижение. Если написано достаточно много, то визуализировать весь текст целиком в удобной для его изучения форме достаточно нетривиальная задача, для человека с любой профессиональной подготовкой. Нет чтобы по клику копировать информацию в буфер, с последующей его вставкой куда либо (допустим в Блокнот)...Вместо этого приходится раздвигать графу в ширину... Пытаться выделить текст...При этом чтобы выделить все...нужно не мало усилий. Правда Windchill при наведении курсора на область с замечанием выводит отдельное окошечко ..с текстом....но стоит курсор чуть увести в сторону ...окошечко закрывается. А уж чтобы попытаться извлечь что либо из него ...об этом и мечтать не приходится...

В результате имеем телефонные звонки исполнителей с просьбой ...."Не могли бы вы прочитать мне что там Вы написали...." или "Передайте текст замечания через ISQ" или того хуже....просто игнорирование замечания с последующим повторным возвратом (товарищ не смог прочитать).

Все это не способствует повышению производительности работы персонала.

Вот еще одна странность 10-и. Невозможно открыть файл непосредственно находясь в открытом окне запроса на продвижение. Нужно перейти в окно свойств документа и только от туда загрузить содержание файла.....В результате имеем ничем неоправданные лишние движения. А каково если за рабочий день надо просмотреть 60-70 документов....

Начали появляться не хорошие ошибки на 30М датакоде.

Домашняя страничка у пользователей некоторых не грузиться, лечиться импортом вкладки homePage.

Не понятная ошибка "Языковые параметры не распознаны", в oracle не может быть выполнен запрос и часть интерфейса тоже не работает до перезагрузки.

Когда открываеться вкладка история в логи пишеться сообщения unparsedData... на интерфейсе ни как не отображаеться, но все равно не приятно, пробывал настройки локали не помогает...

Итого: интерфейс Windchill стал сложнее, как результат в ошибках тоже разобраться сложнее...

Тестовый клон обновился на ура за 20мин, единственное что нужно было выполнить дополнительно это скрипт по увеличению длинны полей у частей и документов.

В 10-е вынуждены были отключить возможность одновременного создания нескольких документов на основе соответствующего кол-ва файлов. По данным админов возникли какие-то конфликты системного порядка. А жаль была удобная опция...

Я попробовал через Desktop Integrator или как там его, получается из нескольких файлов документы создавать. При этом из одного окна виндоус проводника перетаскиваешь в другое окно проводника (папка в виндчиле) и вылезает команда виндчила. Интегратор показывает БД как сетевую папку, а контексты виндчила как обычные папки.

Ребята подскажите где взять установочник 10 Windchill. а то установил а лицензия есть только на ProINTRALINK а нужно mpmlink и pdm.Очень нужно диплом пишу!!!!
