Technical Consultant, CAD/PDM Applications – Europe/Russia

VISTAGY, a US-based company that is well-established in North America, Asia and Europe, is quickly capitalizing on new opportunities throughout Russia. We work closely with design and manufacturing organizations across the aerospace and automotive industries to help companies solve complex product design challenges. We are seeking Technical Consultant to work with these companies primarily throughout Russia.

You will work with customers in a pre-sales capacity to demonstrate the value of VISTAGY's products. In addition, you will be called upon to do post-sales activities, such as training and consulting. To excel in this position you must be a good engineer and be able to understand complex, multi-discipline problems and effectively communicate their solutions to a wide variety of people. This job is fast-paced, hands-on, very customer oriented, and has very varied responsibilities. A strong knowledge of both English and Russian is required

Responsibilities:

* Provide demonstrations of VISTAGY products at customer sites throughout Russia.

* Work with the Sales and Marketing organizations to develop product demonstrations.

* Work with the Product Development organization to define new product features.

* Perform on-site trainings and consulting at customer sites.

* Support and enhance customer applications.

* Develop statements of work for customer engagements.

Requirements:

* Diploma in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering

* Fluent in spoken Russian and spoken English.

* Experience in the use of high-end CAD/CAE systems, such as CATIA, NX and Pro/ENGINEER.

* Strong pre-sales experience selling enterprise world solutions

* Strong written and verbal skills in both Russian and English

* Experience in the sales and/or implementation of PDM/EDM products such as Windchill, Metaphase and IMAN.

* Ability to take initiative in addressing problems and work with little guidance. Self starter, ambitious.

* Some experience in programming or scripting is beneficial.

* The ability to easily travel approximately 50% throughout Russia.

* Located in or close to Moscow.
